After being bought at auction for £100,000 by father and son-in-law duo Tom and Stephen, the pair were keen to completely transform the house into an ideal family home. Tom also wanted to remove the overgrown bushes in the driveway in order to make room for two parking spots, while turning the garden into an 'enjoyable' outside space.
