The property which is located on a quaint little street near a Kent river, wowed Jacqui from the outside - but didn't have quite the same appeal once she walked through its doors. But she was still feeling 'seriously jealous' of lucky new homeowner Peter, who managed to bag the Victorian terraced house in Kent for £260,000. Lucky buyer Peter managed to execute a stunning and much needed renovation on the dated property despite the challenges of the home being located on a conservation site
