Hollywood child star is barely recognisable 24 years after shooting to stardom in noughties sitcom after he teased the show's reboot


A Hollywood child star who shot to fame in Malcolm in the Middle was barely recognisable 24 years after his starring role.

Along with Frankie, the show also starred Bryan Cranston, 68, as Hal, Jane Kaczmarek, 68, as mom Lois, and Christopher Kennedy Masterson, Justin Berfield and Erik Per Sullivan as brothers Francis, Reese and Dewey respectively. The star notably put his Hollywood career aside to focus on race car driving, and also was briefly a drummer for a band called You Hang Up from 2012 until 2014. Along with Frankie, the seven season show also starred Bryan Cranston, 68, as Hal, Jane Kaczmarek, 68, as mom Lois, and Christopher Kennedy Masterson, Justin Berfield and Erik Per Sullivan as brothers Francis, Reese and Dewey respectively
