Posting a snap at the medical centre where she sought treatment, Jennifer wrote: 'Found a lump in my boob and @pallmallmedical made sure I was seen to so quickly...all the staff are so lovely. A number of fan favourites have left the soap with Stephanie Waring, Ross Adams and Emma Rigby being some of the big names set to leave the show.
