Hollyoaks star looks unrecognisable as she ditches soaps for fine art - 12 years after her character's steamy romps and dramatic car crash

Best known for her role as bully Maddie Morrison, Scarlett Bowman departed the soap in 2012 when her character was brutally killed in a car crash.

Eventually Maddie met her demise in spectacular fashion, killed by a flying minibus door following a devastating crash, as part of the soap's iconic Enjoy The Ride storyline. But 12 years since bidding farewell to Hollyoaks, Scarlett has left the world of soaps behind, marrying her husband Rob Colicci in a lavish ceremony in Portofino in 2016. As well as juggling life as a mother-of-two, Scarlett is a aontemporary artist who specialises in collages and runs her business, placing art in commercial spaces (pictured in 2019)
