Hollyoaks SPOILER: Teen Frankie is set to reveal she was sexually abused by her twin brother in dark new storyline - throwing her family into turmoil
Hollyoaks has revealed a dark new storyline centred around sibling sexual abuse, after Frankie shares that she was assaulted by her twin brother JJ.
Darren was not present in Frankie and JJ's lives and has only recently reconnected with them both since their arrival in the village earlier this year, with the twins moving into his house with wife Nancy (Jessica Fox) and their own children. The accusation came after the pair shared a dance whilst reminiscing about Jack's late wife, triggering Frankie into remembering moments of abuse she has previously supressed. 'By shining a light on sibling sexual abuse in this groundbreaking and meticulously researched storyline, we hope to raise awareness, reduce stigma and represent unheard voices in a way only Channel 4 can.'
