Holly Willoughby has shared a cryptic message about "fear and rejection" a week-and-a-half on from her triumphant return to TV screens alongside Stephen Mulhern on Dancing On Ice

Holly previously presented the ice-skating contest with her ex-best friend Phillip Schofield, who left the broadcaster in May after admitting to an "unwise, but not illegal" affair with a younger male This Morning colleague.
