A court has heard of a chilling plot to murder ITV's Holly Willoughby, with the accused security guard purchasing a "kidnap kit" of rope, metal cable ties, and handcuffs. Gavin Plumb, 37, stands accused of devising a plan to kidnap and assault the beloved This Morning presenter over a span of nearly two years until his arrest last October.
A court has heard of a chilling plot to murder ITV's Holly Willoughby, with the accused security guard purchasing a "kidnap kit" of rope, metal cable ties, and handcuffs. According to Ms Morgan, conversations between Plumb and Marc included plans to target other celebrities and even mentioned the late BBC presenter Jill Dando, who was tragically murdered in 1999. Gavin Plumb informed Marc about involving more people in their scheme: "We get this lot on board it's going to be [person named] and the original Holly obviously and then whatever else targets they want cos we've got about 15 cells were are looking to fill."
