The Princess of Wales has been spotted wearing the Pearl and 'Diamond' earrings, priced at £120, multiple times over the past 13 years, despite having a treasure trove of heirloom pieces at her disposal. She notably wore these stunning drop earrings with a Chanel-inspired black and white ensemble during a visit to the National Portrait Gallery in 2023. Holly first sported a pair of Grenson boots back in 2018 while hosting I'm A Celeb, causing that particular style to sell out rapidly.
