The unsuspecting presenter, 44, came in for the full treatment on the primetime programme, which invites celebrities sharing insights into their personal lives while springing the odd surprise, as a handsome man suddenly arrived on stage. It was now a mortified Holly's turn to reminisce, and the Celebrity Bear Hunt presenter was forced to read the cringe-worthy note aloud to the audience. Holly revealed she was celebrating her day with a pub lunch, as she posted a picture of her pie, mash and gravy alongside a glass of red wine.
