Holly Stanton Joins Carlos López Estrada’s Antigravity Academy As Head Of Development Amid Expansion Into Documentary
Antigravity Academy has hired Holly Stanton as Head of Development amid an expansion on the documentary front, Deadline has learned.
Holly StantonKarl McDonald Previously, Stanton was an agent in CAA’s Media Finance group where she packaged and sold documentary features and worked with non-fiction filmmakers and production companies. “Antigravity’s mission to support original and emerging voices continues to take us into new universes,” López Estrada told Deadline, “and we could not be more lucky to start this new chapter with Holly’s creative leadership.” Best known for co-directing Disney’s Raya and the Last Dragon, which was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Animates Feature, Estrada’s other credits include Lionsgate’s Blindspotting, as well as series like Legion and F.A.M.
