Lawyers for Robinson Peete and Chabert said Hamilton Daly called them 'old talent' producers needed to find replacements for in future projects. Attorneys for the actresses, who have appeared in holiday-themed films and shows on the Hallmark Channel, said that Hamilton Daly told underlings she was against putting 'old people' in roles.
