Holly credited 'consistency and patience' for her impressive transformation, after struggling to slim down her posterior due to a Brazilian Bum Lift (BBL) she'd had years earlier. She posed in the same black knickers and bra for the snaps, displaying the newly slimmed-down figure, 16 months after giving birth to her son Alpha-Jax.
