On the June 5 episode of her podcast, Making Space, the Today with Hoda and Jenna host, 59, recalled a question her older daughter Haley, 7, recently posed. Kotb decided the best way to go about the question was to quickly change the topic, so she didn’t “make a thing out of it” While she doesn’t directly discuss dieting, Kotb explained the importance of making sure her daughters know that there’s beauty in imperfection.
