Hip-Hop Pundit DJ Akademiks Sued for Rape and Defamation
As he defends Drake against allegations of pedophilia in his beef with Kendrick Lamar.
Rolling Stone reports that Fauziya Abashe filed a suit against Akademiks (born Livingston Allen), over two 2022 incidents. She ultimately filed the case after Akademiks mentioned the incident in a video on December 23, 2023, saying Abashe “was getting trained by my two mens on the pool deck” while he was asleep. Of her lawsuit, Abashe told Rolling Stone, “I’m confident that justice will prevail, and the veil will be removed so no other woman will have to endure what I did.”
