Hip-Hop Producer Irv Gotti Sued For Sex Assault By Former Companion

Producer Irv Gotti is being sued by a former companion.

Irv Gotti, who cofounded Murder Inc. Records and has delivered hits for rappers Ja-Rule and Jay-Z, is being sued by an ex-companion for alleged sexual assault and battery. In a lawsuit filed in Miami-Dade on July 11, a woman identified only as Jane Doe accuses 54-year-old Gotti (born Irving Domingo Lorenzo) of sexually assaulting and abusing her on several occasions from 2020 to 2022 in Saint Martin, Miami, and Atlanta. The lawsuit claims Gotti “demanded” sexual acts from the plaintiff throughout their alleged two-year relationship, saying he “often berated and scolded” her.
