Hills veteran reveals 'very tough' endometriosis surgery that made her feel 'lonely'
Lo Bosworth opened up about having surgery for her endometriosis while her fiancé Domenic 'Dom' Natale was recovering from jaw surgery that he had just a few weeks earlier.
'It was a bigger surgery and a more complex recovery than I anticipated,' Bosworth admitted to People at the 13th Annual Endometriosis Foundation of America's Blossom Ball at The Pierre in New York City.
