Hilary Duff's husband Matthew Koma proved he's her biggest defender after a hilariously charged Instagram exchange on Tuesday.
The 37-year-old actress started things on an innocuous note when she posted a series of closeups of herself in a canary-yellow sweater dress that emphasized her smooth skin and prominent cheekbones. Botox is a form of injectable botulinum toxin that helps to temporarily smooth wrinkles on the face, and it is also commonly used to prevent spasms, overactive muscles and other conditions. Hilary and her husband Matthew revealed that they were dating back in January 2017, though they briefly split later that year, before reuniting in October.
