The actress, 36, shared a video on her Instagram Stories on Thursday, Jun 6, of her and her older son Luca, 12, in the car on the way to his middle school graduation. “A month with this beautiful plum,” Duff wrote across the photo as Townes snuggled up to her chest. "I Have been dreaming of holding you in my arms for months and the past 5 days of getting to know you, stare at you and smell you has been pure moments of magic."
