Despite only being 7 months old, the youngest daughter of Duff, 37, and her husband Matthew Koma appeared to be loving a piece of steak in an Instagram Stories video shared by the How I Met Your Father star on Tuesday, Dec. 10. On Tuesday, Dec. 10 Duff recalled taking her to a chef friend's house, where she put "a big glob" of gourmet quiche in her mouth — and started "choking a little." It seems Duff is taking a wholly relaxed approach to parenting this time around, also sharing with PEOPLE that Townes is her “chillest” baby.
