Hilaria Baldwin looks tense in NYC... after Alec Baldwin's Rust prosecutor asks judge to reopen manslaughter case
Hilaria Baldwin was seen for the first time on Thursday since prosecutors sought to reinstate her husband Alec Baldwin's Rust involuntary manslaughter case, which was dismissed in July.
State District Court Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer had previously dismissed the case mid-trial, citing that police and prosecutors had withheld evidence from Baldwin's defense in the shooting that killed Hutchins.
