Hilaria Baldwin looks tense in NYC... after Alec Baldwin's Rust prosecutor asks judge to reopen manslaughter case

Hilaria Baldwin was seen for the first time on Thursday since prosecutors sought to reinstate her husband Alec Baldwin's Rust involuntary manslaughter case, which was dismissed in July.

State District Court Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer had previously dismissed the case mid-trial, citing that police and prosecutors had withheld evidence from Baldwin's defense in the shooting that killed Hutchins. The outing comes after a state attorney asked a New Mexico judge to reconsider dismissing Alec's involuntary manslaughter charge in the 2021 fatal Rust set shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins ', according to a court filing released Wednesday Special prosecutor Kari Morrissey argued that the July decision lacked sufficient factual basis and did not infringe on Baldwin's due process rights; (Alec and Hilaria with their kids Carmen, 10, Rafael, eight, Leonardo, six, Romeo, five, Maria Lucia, two, Lucas, two, and Ilaria, 11 months)
