Here's where you can see 'comet of the century' tonight in UK and how to get a photo of it

A dazzling comet will shoot across the sky in the UK tonight, but keen stargazers will need to seize the opportunity as it will not be back for another 80,000 years

The incredible celestial body will make its way past Earth tonight, October 12, meaning it will be possible to see it in the sky with the naked eye – weather and location dependent. The best way to get a picture of the once-in-a-lifetime comet is by using a digital single-lens reflex (DSLR) camera, according to the Royal Astronomical Society deputy director Dr Robert Massey. Keen stargazers have been advised to wrap up warm and take a hot drink with them as the temperatures in the UK are dropping in the cooler October month.
