Here’s What a Former ‘Drag Race’ Queen Said About Carrie Underwood Performing at Trump’s Inauguration

Former 'Drag Race' contestant Kornbread Jeté threw shade at Carrie Underwood for agreeing to play Donald Trump's inauguration.

Over the image, Kornbread shared a screenshot of a comment she left on the post, where she took the subject of the singer’s hit single “Before He Cheats” and turned it back on her. LGBTQ+ fans specifically shared their anger at the country star — who famously spoke out in support of same-sex marriage before it was legalized — for performing at an event for Trump, who openly campaigned for restrictions on trans and queer rights in the U.S. “Something smells but it ain’t the garlic gurl,” wrote Drag Race alum Pandora Boxx on Underwood’s latest Instagram post.
