In a new cover story interview with Elle published Tusday (Jan. 28), the 13-time Grammy winner gave her two cents on artists such as Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter and Charli XCX rapidly reaching superstar status in 2024 with their respective projects. A third single and its music video will premiere during a commercial break at the Feb. 2 Grammys, where “Die With a Smile” is also nominated for two prizes: song of the year and best pop duo/group performance. Gaga has previously shown love to Roan and Charli XCX, as well as Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift and Kesha — each of whom she personally shouted out in her Vogue cover story in September.
