The pressures of raising her three children and dealing with the split came to a head for Helen last December as she was taking medication to cope with the ‘stresses’, leading to a psychosis diagnosis. Opening up about the tough time in a recent Instagram post, the 33-year-old candidly spoke about her battle in the hope of helping others who might be going through similar - but assured fans that she was feeling ‘lighter’ now. Making a statement last week, Helen showed that her confidence is certainly on the way back as she posed up a storm in a collection of sultry lingerie.
