Helen Flanagan, 34, reveals she has only just started eating bread after battling an eating disorder since she was 16 as she details her struggles on the Life of Bryony podcast


The actress, 34, began her career on the nation's televisions at just ten years old where she starred as Rosie Webster on Coronation Street for twelve years.

Helen said the school nurse as well as Coronation Street producers would call her mum up at the time.
