Helen Flanagan was the epitome of chic in a white cape dress as she attended day four of Royal Ascot in Berkshire on Friday.
After she took her eldest daughter to The Waldorf Hilton, Helen shared videos and pictures of their girls day out - including an afternoon tea complete with a harpist. 'So grateful for Matilda, mummy got a bit teary but they were happy tears x I had therapy at the beginning of the year and I felt like I was able to come back to my natural self and not suppress my emotions and I let myself cry now x. 'I felt a little bit lost before I had Matilda, when I had my baby girl it gave me a feeling of purpose and inspiration x Whenever I'm stuck in a situation and don't know what to do, I think what would I want my daughter to do and I do that.'
