Heidi Montag thanks fans for providing 'hope and faith in a dark time' by pushing her 15-year old debut album to the top of the iTunes chart - as she picks up the pieces after LA wildfires destroyed her family home


The couple were forced to flee their Pacific Palisades property with only the clothes on their backs as the devastating inferno razed more than 37,000 acres of residential areas to the ground.

Heidi Montag has thanked fans for pushing her debut album back to the top of the charts after the home she shares with husband Spencer Pratt was destroyed in the sweeping LA bushfires. Overwhelming demand for the album, which initially flopped with just 1,000 copies sold during its first week of release, has resulted in it topping the iTunes chart - giving the couple some much needed income as they pick up the pieces.
