Not only are Heather Dubrow and Terry, 66, close friends to the Altmans — the Botched doctor told Us he just spoke to Josh “yesterday” — but the real estate couple has mentored their eldest son. “This wasn’t an overnight discussion where we just decided the night before, ‘Hey, let’s do this,’” Josh, 45, exclusively told Us Weekly while promoting his partnership with Fontainebleau Las Vegas. “Our son Nick, after his freshman year of college, got his real estate license, and he just thought Josh was so cool and was like, ‘Do you think I could ever intern for him?’” Heather Dubrow recalled on Friday at The Maybourne Beverly Hills.
