Heartwarming video of Nathan Templeton making a dying child's dream come true by meeting WWE star John Cena resurfaces after Sunrise star's shock death

A heartwarming Sunrise segment featuring reporter Nathan Templeton has resurfaced following his death aged 44.

In the segment from 2017, Templeton and the Sunrise team worked closely with event organisers to arrange for terminally ill teen Bryce McKiernan to meet his idol - professional wrestler John Cena. Bryce, who was 15 at the time and had endured a lifelong battle with kabuki syndrome, burst into tears as Templeton delivered the heartfelt news that he and his family were going to travel to Melbourne to meet the WWE superstar.
