Heartbroken Phillip Schofield shares final photo with mum Pat as TV star announces her death
Former This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield has shared final photos taken with his mum Pat shortly after announcing the news that she has died, aged 88
The former This Morning host announced her passing on Monday 14 October, and later shared touching photos of her, including some from recent holidays together, and a trip to Blackpool for the pair featuring the famous tower in the background.
