Heartbroken Alison Brie breaks silence on good friend Jeff Baena's death at 47
Alison Brie broke her silence on the loss of her friend, filmmaker Jeff Baena, who tragically passed away at the age of 47. Baena died by suicide in the home he shared with his wife Aubrey Plaza.
Later, the LA County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed that Baena’s cause of death was suicide by hanging at the Los Feliz property. Earlier this week, Plaza was announced as one of the presenters for Sunday’s ceremony, joining a list of stars including Andrew Garfield, Demi Moore, Gal Gadot, and Nicolas Cage, all set to take the stage at the 82nd annual event. Last year, she received her first Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television for her role as Harper Spiller in The White Lotus.
