News reporter Julie Snook has opened up about why she decided to quit Channel Nine in 2019.
The reporter explained that she suffers from endometriosis, a condition where tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows in other places, such as the ovaries and fallopian tubes. Julie shot to fame in early 2017 when footage showing Channel Nine newsreader Amber Sherlock berating her for wearing a white jacket was leaked online. The sports presenter later appeared on air wearing a black jacket, and was the object of much public sympathy when the footage went viral.
