Heartbreak as long-running Sydney Hit Network radio show is axed after 14 years
Long-running 2Day FM Sydney show, Mike E & Emma, has been axed after nearly two decades on the air.
Co-presenter Emma Chow confirmed the heartbreaking news on Instagram on Monday ina sad statement. 'We're pumped to bring the cheekiness of Mike E & Emma to national Nights during the week and then wake up Australia for weekend Breakfast. Head of Hit Metro Content Amanda Lee added the radio duo 'have been loved' in Sydney for well over a decade, and it was time for the pair to go national.
