Ann Wilson announced today that she has completed chemotherapy treatment for cancer and will indeed be ready to hit the road next year.
Just two days after her band Heart quietly added some shows to a planned 2025 national tour, Ann Wilson announced today that she has completed chemotherapy treatment for cancer and will indeed be ready to hit the road next year. Although Wilson has not specified the type of cancer, she announced on social media in July that she had “recently underwent an operation to remove something that, as it turns out, was cancerous.” She added, “The operation was successful & I’m feeling great but my doctors are now advising me to undergo a course of preventive chemotherapy & I’ve decided to do it.
