Actress Helen Flanagan has always maintained an honest and open relationship with her fans and her latest social media post is testament to this as she opens up on her latest health battle
The pair, who started their relationship this summer while Helen was – controversially – still appearing on Celebs Go Dating, looked stunning and dressed to go out. Helen has previously spoken out about her debilitating condition on social media and revealed that she has been 'so depressed' she hasn't wanted to leave the house at times. Not wanting to leave the house, crying all the time, exhaustion (like a pregnancy kind of tired) focus and concentration really poor, even clumsy, irritated.
