Hayden Panettiere, 34, announces she is coming out with a memoir about her heartbreaking addiction struggle: 'I was on top of the world and I ruined it'


Hayden Panettiere opened up on about how addiction impacted her acting career in her forthcoming memoir. She said it was 'both daunting and exciting' as she shared her story in book form for the first time.

Hayden Panettiere shared on Wednesday that she is coming out with a new memoir titled Scream And Break Free: Addiction, Trauma, and How the Cheerleader Saved Herself. Per the book's description it will 'delve deep into the heart of her experiences as an actress, mother and human, ultimately inviting readers to share in the laughter, tears and poignant moments that shaped her into the woman she is. Upon turning 30, the household name found herself in another 12-step program, where participants are encouraged to embrace a life of complete abstinence from all mind altering substances, including alcohol.
