Harvey Weinstein Hospitalized, Undergoing Tests For Physical Ailments

Bellevue Hospital is treating Harvey Weinstein for undisclosed ailments, his lawyer said.

The court contended a trial judge erred when he permitted jurors to see and hear too much evidence not directly related to the charges Weinstein faced. Weinstein faced charges that he forcibly performed oral sex on a TV and film production assistant in 2006 and raped an aspiring actor in 2013. Aidala said he was told that Bellevue doctors planned to run a lot of tests on Weinstein before he can be returned to the Rikers Island jail complex.
