Harry Styles' older sister Gemma reveals she struggled with suicidal thoughts after being left feeling 'hollow and unworthy' during battle with depression
The writer and podcaster, 33, said that she was left feeling 'hollow and unworthy' and despite being 'fiercely private' has decided to share her story in a bid to help others.
The singer has also been an important part of Gemma's mental health journey and the writer revealed in the acknowledgements of her book that her younger brother gave her 'pep talks'.
