Terry revealed his pal had recorded an interview on his Criminal Connections podcast a few weeks ago, and was shocked to discover the news of his condition when he attempted to contact Nick ahead of transmission. Nick is also a playwright and filmmaker, he directed a big screen adaptation of his play Telstar, about record producer Joe Meek in 2008 which starred James Corden, Kevin Spacey and Con O'Neill.
