HarbourView Buys Music Assets from OneRepublic & Maroon 5 Producer-Writer Noel Zancanella
Producer-songwriter Noel Zancanella sold music publishing and other assets to HarbourView Equity Partners. He has worked with OneRepublic and more.
Zancanella, whose been known to work across such genres as rock, pop and hip-hop, is a creative partner of OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder and has also collaborated with artists including Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Adele and The Smashing Pumpkins, among others, according to the HarbourView announcement. HarbourView describes itself as an alternative asset management company with a diverse portfolio that includes more than 29,000 songs across both master recordings and musical compositions. Moreover, HarbourView reiterates the following statement in all of its announcements to showcase its involvement in intellectual property beyond music: “The company strives to be the standard for excellence and integrity in investing in assets and companies driven by premier intellectual property, with experience in and around esoteric asset classes, including in music, film, TV, and sports.”
