Tonight's event, hosted by Strictly Come Dancing's Claudia Winkleman, aims to highlight the bravery, commitment, and dedication of young individuals who have made significant progress in their careers, personal development and contributions to society. The Centrepoint Partners Award recognises the extent of youth homelessness across the nation and the remarkable efforts of young individuals and charities to put an end to it once and for all. The Educational Excellence Award, supported by Amy Lam, acknowledges young people who have shown exceptional dedication to their academic endeavours.
