Halsey put on a sizzling display as she arrived at the Los Angeles premiere of Monkey Man with her hunky boyfriend Avan Jogia.
The singer, 29, and the Nickelodeon alum, 32, hit the red carpet ahead of the Universal Pictures film's screening at the Pacific Design Center She joins other prestigious women including Vice President Kamala Harris, philanthropist Melinda Gates and fellow entertainers Beyoncé and Taylor Swift on this year's list. The Control singer told the outlet she began doing her own makeup out of necessity and was inspired to found the cosmetics company 'to make products, quite frankly, that would just work for me that I couldn't find on the market.'
