In a new interview with BBC Radio 1, the 29-year-old "Bad at Love" singer opened up about the conversation she and Spears had, ahead of the release of her new single, "Lucky," which pays homage to the veteran pop star's hit from 2000. Halsey's comments come after Spears' X (formally known as Twitter) account tweeted and deleted a message condemning the single's release. "It’s hard to want to engage in a space that is completely devoid of any kindness, sympathy, patience; or to be honest human decency.
