Hallmark Content Like 'The Way Home' & 'When Calls The Heart' Moving Off Peacock At Month's End
Fans who sometimes rely on Peacock to get their fix of series like The Way Home and those ubiquitous feel-good movies will have to subscribe to a new platform: Hallmark shows are moving off the NBCUniversal streamer by month’s end. Last July, Hallmark Media announced plans for its new platform that would cost $80 a year and offer the “very best of Hallmark with new exclusive content and membership benefits program.” That includes e-cards and “surprising gifts.” In other words, members can earn reward points based on content that they are watching. “It’s symbiotic between streaming and our retail and digital footprint,” Chief Brand Officer Darren Abbott told reporters last year.
