Halle Bailey's second single "In Your Hands" has a release date. Get the details.
The singer announced the new track on Wednesday (March 6) by previewing almost 40 seconds of the sweeping ballad in a behind-the-scenes video of her Essence cover shoot. Outside of her contributions to movie soundtracks of films she’s starred in — “Part of Your World” from Disney’s live-action remake of The Little Mermaid and “Keep Pushin'” with Missy Elliott, Rico Santana and Corte Ellis from the 2023 adaptation of The Color Purple — Bailey has released only one solo single. “Angel” arrived on Aug. 4, 2023, via Parkwood Entertainment and Columbia Records, and the R&B/gospel track was nominated for best R&B song at the 2024 Grammy Awards.
