According to body cam footage obtained by Us Weekly on Thursday, April 17, an officer approached Osment, 37, when he was being detained by four others in a parking lot in Mammoth Lakes, California. Haley Joel Osment was involved in an argument with staff at the Mammoth Mountain resort in California shortly before his arrest earlier this month. ET: The Mono County district attorney confirmed that Haley Joel Osment has been charged with disorderly conduct under the influence of alcohol and possession of cocaine.
