In unveiling her latest campaign with Yves Saint Laurent, Hailey Bieber revealed that she was actually four months pregnant during the shoot, though you would probably never guess by looking at the photos as she was able to conceal her baby bump. The 27-year-old model and mom-to-be re-shared a campaign image to her Instagram Stories on Monday, July 3 writing, "Shot this 4 months preggy with little bean in my belly." In the photo, Hailey leans against a red brick wall wearing a tan strapless jumpsuit with a belt that cinches in her waist and an oversize black bag.
