Gwyneth Paltrow credits her interest in health and wellness to her late father Bruce Paltrow's battle with cancer. The influencer took to social media to conduct an 'Ask Me A Question' session.

Gwyneth worked with the esteemed director on the 2000 movie Duets two years before his death from throat cancer at age 59. The Shakespeare in Love star revealed in March 2023 she was following an anti-inflammatory diet under her doctor's guidance to deal long-Covid.
