While the Don't Speak songstress has never openly discussed her political beliefs, she is known to have been one of the top fundraisers for Barack Obama during his presidential campaign and once performed at a party hosted by former President Joe Biden. Gwen's husband, country singer Blake Shelton, praised the sit-down interview between the right wing commentator Carlson and actor Jonathan Roumie on X, formerly Twitter, last week. Roumie, a devout Catholic, spoke to Carlson for almost an hour and a half about the Christian season of Lent, his role playing Jesus in his crowd-funded TV show, and prayer app Hallow.
